We stayed at Hotel Désirée for 7 nights and from the time we arrived until the time we left we loved it.

On arrival we were greeted by Daniéle who remembered me from my booking call 4 months previous. He is a very nice, polite and extremely efficient receptionist. Every hotel needs a Daniéle to greet their guests. All the staff were fantastic, especially the breakfast staff and Matteo the barman, they were always happy, smiling and very efficient.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, a 2 min walk to everything. The food was beautiful and a great selection for breakfast both hot and cold. The hotel was spotless clean and very covid safe.
I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel to anyone that’s looking for 5* service even though it’s a 3*. We will definitely be back again.

The pool and garden area, old trees and birdsong.. and the people of the hotel, loved how they treated you. This is what I love! Feels like family. Great breakfast hot and cold, eve my oats and yoghurt, chia and linseeds with fresh fruit. Included in the price. Amazing, the personal attention is what made this a perfect stay. Oh and did I mention that we could park there too? Off the busy part but close by. We’ll be back soon. Thank you so much

Lovely hotel in a lovely place close on Lake Garda.
from the moment we arrived all was better than expected, the receptionist gave us tips about eating out in Sirmione ( a must place to visit).
We had forgotten our phone charges and she loaned us one which we returned of course.
The pool is a real treat and after a long read trip it was so relaxing.
a very very fine hotel in a great locations well worth the trip.

We stayed here for a week in July and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The staff were so lovely from the moment we checked in, to helping us with bikes to rent, and places to go! The rooms were nice, very clean and had everything we could ask for, as well as beautiful views over the lake! The hotel had bikes we could use which was great! The swimming pool was perfect and we never had an issue getting a sunbed! The breakfast was of a continental style with no hot food but there was plenty of choice still and exactly!! what we needed first thing! The location was great, it was about a 5/10 minute walk from the castle and away from the hustle and bustle but a great location with easy access to lots of things! I would definitely recommend this hotel, great value for money!
